This chat facility is to allow people to converse freely on
in real-time in a simulated chat room. This chat facility uses JavaScript and Frames for maximum browser
compatibility.

Some rules which apply to the chat facility include:
- No swearing
- No flooding (typing too much)
- No guns, knives or glow light sticks
- No lost sleep due to addictiveness (however unlikely).
Action
To perform an action in the chat, type "/me" followed by your action. For example typing
"/me is on the phone" and your member name is Bob, this would translate to "Bob is on
the phone".
IDLE timer
The IDLE timer refreshes your chat display. The more lagged the server or your
connection, the higher this number creeps. If the IDLE timer exceeds 120 seconds (2 mins)
you are automatically timed off the system. This also happens if you close the chat window
without clicking "leave" first.
